About Us

For 30 years ADE comprised three chartered engineers each with over 35 years experience of designing, developing and applying computer software to engineering problems:

Now David has retired and we have been joined by Ken Wallington who brings a wealth of experience of managing and implementing CAD systems and of training and supporting engineers in their use.

Since 1978, when ADE Ltd was formed, our basic business philosophy has remained the same. We concentrate on producing quality work for reasonable prices. All our software is purpose-written for individual customers and we do not sell off-the-shelf, packaged software solutions. Because so much of our work is repeat business, we believe our customers must think we are reasonably good at the work we do for them. The applications outlined on this web site are examples of our work to illustrate the scope of our skills and expertise.
