Since 1978 we have written and continue to support, many CAE programs for BICC Supertension Cables (now Pirelli Cables Ltd). The applications include complex analysis and rating calculations for a wide variety of cable types and constructions. These are typically high voltage, oil filled, underground or sub-sea cables. The illustration shows extracts from some cable drawings that were automatically generated by our software.
